About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. They are the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, working as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship. The company believes clinicians thrive when valued, supported, and equipped to grow, offering eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Their mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services in a warm and welcoming environment, treating every patient with the care they would want for themselves and their families. They value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads, prioritizing interests and professional growth, and collaborating with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons for a comprehensive healthcare approach. The role involves working with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. The company supports clinicians with manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship, allowing flexibility and encouragement for growth without sacrificing quality of care or work-life balance.
