About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking an Occupational or Physical Therapist for their outpatient setting in Bowie, MD. This position focuses on upper extremity rehabilitation and is ideal for therapists passionate about this specialty, including Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) or those working towards certification. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, the role involves working within a strong, multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program for advanced training and mentorship. The company emphasizes investing in its people, offering support, and equipping clinicians for growth. This role is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program
- Active or pending state occupational or physical therapist license
- Interest in working with patients with wrist/hand dysfunction

Responsibilities
- Work with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
- Develop a comprehensive healthcare approach through collaboration with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons.
- Provide exceptional therapy services.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program (opportunity for advanced training and mentorship).
