Responsible for the daily administration of the MARTA’s Occupational Medical Services Programs. Administers existing and future Occupational Medical Services specialty programs identified as public health emergencies or deemed so by MARTA. Guides impacted employees through their medical recovery. Maintains and validates accurate program data. Provides guidance and consultation to management staff regarding specialty program protocol. Ensures all provisions of Drug/Alcohol Testing Program are strictly adhered to in accordance with FTA and MARTA’s Drug & Alcohol Policy. Prepares personnel actions for all violations of MARTA Drug & Alcohol Policy resulting from non-negative drug/alcohol testing. Provides training for drug and alcohol policies. Supports the Manager of Leave Management & DOT Compliance in coordinating mental wellness programs.
