Requirements
- Current RN license
- ACLS Certification
- OSHA-10 within 90 days (we provide it)
- 2–3+ years RN experience
- Emergency/Hospital experience
Responsibilities
- Triage & treat workplace injuries
- Provide follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
- Document in EMR
- Lead Stretch & Flex sessions
- Conduct site walk-throughs & identify risks
- Promote wellness initiatives
