About The Position

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with more than 35 years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join its onsite medical team at a major construction project in Ellendale, North Dakota. The role provides injury triage and care, supports the site safety team, promotes worker wellness, and helps maintain a safe and productive job site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Paramedic experience.
• Active North Dakota Paramedic license.
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Nice To Haves

• Occupational health experience.
• Emergency medicine background in an ambulance or emergency room.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assess occupational and non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols.
• Document all care in the EMR (Cority).
• Support site safety through Stretch & Flex activities, site walks, and hazard identification.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts.
