About The Position

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with more than 35 years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join its onsite medical team on a major construction project in Ellendale, North Dakota. The Paramedic will provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

The available schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Paramedic experience.
• Active North Dakota Paramedic license.
• Occupational health experience.
• OSHA-10 certification within 90 days; provided by the company.
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Nice To Haves

• Emergency medicine background in an ambulance or emergency room setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assess occupational and non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols.
• Document all care in the Cority EMR.
• Support site safety activities, including Stretch & Flex, site walks, and hazard identification.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts.
