We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to support manufacturing sites. This role serves as the clinical expert for occupational health and wellbeing, driving a strong culture of health, safety, and regulatory compliance. The OHN partners closely with site leadership, HSE, Facilities, HR (P&O), and other stakeholders to influence health outcomes, mitigate risk, and improve workforce wellbeing. This position requires the ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment while maintaining strong collaboration with site leaders and across a broader Associate Health & Wellbeing network. The Occupational Health Nurse is the primary clinical authority at the site, responsible for implementing and delivering health and wellbeing programs aligned to organizational strategy. This role supports both a primary (home) site and additional locations, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a strong partnership mindset. The OHN plays a critical role in protecting employee health, reducing risk, and enabling business performance through evidence-based occupational health.
