The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for leading and coordinating occupational health programs within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role provides clinical care for workplace injuries and illnesses while managing workers' compensation, disability administration, leave management, medical surveillance, and employee wellness initiatives. The position partners closely with Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Operations, and leadership to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is a proactive healthcare professional with strong clinical judgment, case management experience, and a passion for employee health and safety. Nurse Practitioners are preferred; however, experienced Registered Nurses with occupational health or industrial nursing experience are encouraged to apply.
