About The Position
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Montgomery, AL who wants a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $143K+ through base salary and performance incentives. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on seniors with multiple complex chronic conditions. You’ll have a dedicated care team and leadership support while practicing within a value-based care model.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
- Comfortable caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
- Proficient with suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Current, unrestricted license and DEA registration
- Value team-based care and measurable outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience is a plus
