Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Support residential community in Bradford, MA.
- Manage 200 units which are PB Section 8.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing program regulations.
- Process move-ins/move-outs.
- Assist with rent collections.
- Provide support to residents.
- Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the southern NH portfolio as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations.
- Processing move-ins/move-outs.
- Assisting with rent collections.
- Providing support to residents.
- Performing filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the office.
- Providing support to the southern NH portfolio as needed.
