Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and are in compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations.
• Processing move-ins/move-outs.
• Assisting with rent collections.
• Providing support to residents.
• Filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the office.
