About The Position

The Role We are seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to shape how our global workplace portfolio supports business performance, onsite work strategy, and outstanding associate experiences. This role sits at the intersection of workplace strategy, strategic space planning, and data‑driven decision making, with responsibility for translating workforce and space insights into clear, actionable plans. You will coordinate occupancy planning efforts across a complex, multi-site global portfolio—developing space scenarios, stack plans, phasing strategies, and utilization insights that guide short- and long-term decisions. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Real Estate Strategy, Associate Experience, Facilities and Operations, Workforce Planning, and Design teams to align space supply with evolving business needs. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical and data orientation, workspace design and planning proficiency, and strong communication capabilities. You’ll influence leaders with well‑crafted narratives backed by data, helping the organization confidently adapt in a dynamic workplace environment. As an Occupancy Planner, you enable smarter, future‑ready workplace decisions by integrating space planning expertise, workplace strategy, and analytics. Your work ensures that space is optimized, flexible, and aligned with onsite work models, productivity goals, workspace design metrics, and associate well‑being. You serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders—translating workforce trends, operational requirements, and workplace design standards into practical plans that improve portfolio performance. From developing stack and migration plans to guiding partners through workplace change, your insights help build an adaptable and resilient workplace strategy.
