The Occupancy Planner will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for a client's portfolio in a designated region. This role involves fostering relationships, ensuring coordination with business units like facility management for accurate growth projections, planning strategies for construction projects, and conducting regular facility audits. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to think strategically and adapt to change.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to work on-site in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

Tracking, analyzing, and updating space data.
Developing scenario and occupancy plans for client portfolios in a designated region.
Fostering critical relationships between various individuals and organizations.
Ensuring coordination and collaboration among various business units, especially facility management, to get accurate growth projections.
Planning strategies that drive construction projects and support their implementation.
Conducting regular facility audits.
Monthly reporting.
Periodic data audits.
Tracking and managing utilization data and trends.
Gathering space and adjacency requirements.
Updating space layouts.
Developing space planning and block diagrams.
Planning and managing portfolios.
Maximizing space utilization.
Assisting clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves.
Using qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand.
Getting familiar with space utilization methods and the presentation of utilization data.
Working closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections.
Tracking and reporting actual seat demand at the group level.
