The occupational therapy assistant will provide rehabilitative services, under the direction of occupational therapists, to persons with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments to improve activities of daily living and increase functional independence. Works closely with the OT and other departmental staff, disciplines, providers, patients, and families. They will keep the therapist up to date on patient’s status.
