About The Position

We are seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Ada, OK. This is an outpatient service setting requiring supplemental coverage for various dates from June 1st through the end of the year. The role involves 24-hour beeper call coverage, with a 30-minute response time, and includes ED call coverage once per week. The facility has approximately 25,000 ED visits annually and averages 400 deliveries per year. Support services include full 24/7 anesthesia, and the practice consists of fellowship-trained ED physicians and in-house hospitalists. The EMR system used is Epic. The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center with 3 LDRP rooms, 8 post-partum rooms, 2 C-section suites, and 4 ORs available per day. Rounding is included, and hospital privileges are required.

Requirements

• Active OK License or IMLC
• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage with a 30-minute response time.

• Perform rounding as needed.
• Manage obstetrics and gynecology patient care in an outpatient setting.

• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation.
