About The Position

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a long-standing, stable practice in Pennsylvania. This role is part of a comprehensive women's healthcare team in the Schuylkill County region, utilizing evidence-based practice and providing a care network for maternal services. The practice includes general ob/gyn physicians, advanced practice clinicians, certified nurse midwives, and ob/gyn hospitalists. The LVH-Schuylkill campus is one of five maternal-newborn hospital sites for LVHN, with maternal-fetal medicine consultation available and transports to the tertiary care facility in Allentown, PA. The opportunity involves working with Family Medicine residents and shared call responsibilities with family medicine physicians and midwives. Requirements

• Women's Health Experience Required as a WHNP or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensed in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Well-woman visits (pelvic exam and Pap test)
• Contraception management and education
• High and low risk pregnancy and childbirth care
• Menopause management
• Ultrasound and imaging services
• Office-based gynecologic surgery
• Advanced laparoscopic surgery
• Robotic gynecologic surgery
• Teach and train students and residents at some locations
