Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift over 35 pounds.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening exam.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing field and operational activities based on business needs.
- Field activities may include, but are not limited to, manual planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, and other agricultural activities for crop maintenance, such as installation and repair of irrigation systems, manual pest control requiring a manual backpack sprayer with a load of approximately 35 pounds.
- Operational activities may include, but are not limited to, seed processing, shipment preparation, preparation and maintenance of break areas, among other operational activities required by the project.
