Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in construction, maintenance, and green areas.
• Available to work outdoors
• Ability to lift 50-pound sacks
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Refrigeration (2005 – 2017): Maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems. General assembly and maintenance work.
• Landscaping / Green Area Maintenance (2005 – 2017): Cleaning and maintenance of patios and gardens. Management and maintenance of green areas.
• Walk along corn rows
• Bend moderately
• Carry mandrel with work equipment (~5lbs)
• Work outdoors in hot weather
• Carry mandrel with work equipment (~5lbs)
• Pollinate (average 4hrs)
• Load harvest sacks (~50lbs)
• Cleaning and shelling of corn cobs or soybean pods (average 8hrs)
• Hand-spiking (average 8hrs)
• Place stakes
