About The Position

OBGYN on California’s Monterey Bay. Join a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model for primary care. We are committed to continuously improving quality and providing a patient-centered approach. All new physicians enjoy the support of a partner for practice integration and support.

Requirements

• Physician with OBGYN specialization.
• Willingness to work within a PCMH model.
• Ability to perform deliveries (CNMs do own deliveries, implying physician may also).
• Availability for shared call of 1:6-7.
• Ability to work 3-4 clinic days per week plus post-call day.
• Availability for 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, call from home).
• Commitment to at least 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform OBGYN duties within a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
• Participate in shared call coverage.
• Conduct clinic days and post-call day responsibilities.
