About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled OBGYN Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level clinical role. This role requires a provider with strong clinical judgment, surgical capability, and the ability to manage both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative care environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience managing high-risk obstetric patients
• Proven surgical experience in gynecologic procedures
• Ability to participate in hospital call schedule (~10 days/month)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Stable and consistent clinical work history
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-volume OB/GYN environments
• Background in both outpatient and inpatient care delivery
• Experience interpreting or reviewing ultrasound imaging
• Ability to manage clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilities efficiently
• Exposure to community-based or patient-centered care settings

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across clinic and hospital settings
• Manage prenatal care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex cases
• Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgical procedures
• Conduct hospital rounding and oversee post-operative care
• Participate in call rotation to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and long-term health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
