About The Position

Geisinger, one of the premier tertiary medical systems on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions, is recruiting an OBGYN Generalist to join the team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This role offers a balance of obstetrics and gynecology, with clinic every other business day (approximately 11 days/month). Physicians will have five days of on-call per month with 24-hour shifts, plus a recovery day following call. Midwives are available 12 hours per day. The facility supports an average of 2,000 deliveries per year and is backed by a level III NICU. The position offers a competitive straight salary model plus recruitment incentives and an excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage, a 5% employer contribution to a 401(k) retirement plan, relocation assistance, and $4,500 for CME.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)
• Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
• Patient Care And Procedural Skills
• Professional Etiquette
• Systems-Based Practice
