About The Position
OBGYN South is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their well-established, faith-based practice in Homewood, Alabama. This is a full-time position within a robust 11-physician, multi-specialty team that includes onsite urogynecology and pelvic pain specialists. The practice emphasizes compassionate, faith-inspired care, strong collaboration, mentorship, and a balanced workload with manageable weekend call (1:6) and double coverage. The facility is undergoing expansion to support additional providers. OBGYN South has served Alabama women and families for over 45 years, offering comprehensive women's health services including onsite mammography, Maternal Fetal Medicine on campus, and surgical robotics. The hospital affiliation is with Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, which features a Level III NICU, a new breast CT scanner, a designated OB hospitalist, rotating clinical staff, and block OR time.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid state medical license

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive women's health services.
