About The Position

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking career-minded final-year Residents and Fellows specializing in OBGYN who are ready to get a head start on their clinical career. Optum is a clinician-led care organization focused on transforming the future of care and improving healthcare for everyone. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of this vision, supported by the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization. You will work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, driving towards the Quadruple Aim. The program offers the fulfillment of advancing community health with the excitement of contributing new practice ideas and initiatives. The program will be completed at Reliant Medical Group and/or virtually, with deep exposure to primary and specialty care environments, requiring only a few hours per month. Atrius Health joined Optum in 2025 and is a community-based, multi-specialty, clinician-led medical group in Central and Boston Metro Massachusetts, focused on improving the quality, cost, and experience of healthcare through a patient-centric business model and integrated care teams. They are recognized nationally for an innovative, sustainable care model offering a full range of outpatient primary care and over 30 specialties.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O.
Must be transitioning into their final year of OBGYN fellowship or early into their final year.
