About The Position

When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As an OB/GYN Hospitalist with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will provide care through restricted OB/GYN hospitalist shifts at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. Primarily spending your time in Labor & Delivery, you will also provide care in the ED supporting patients that have obstetric or gynecology needs. Anesthesia in house and available 24/7 MFM clinic onsite and available 24/7 for telehealth consult. St Vincent is a large regional referral center, that welcomes an average of 1,800 deliveries annually. With a level III NICU, we provide care to patients at all levels of acuity & lengths of gestation. We are a designated Baby-Friendly Hospital, ranking in the top 3% of hospitals for Obstetrics and top 1% for Women's Services by Women’s Choice Awards Best Hospitals 2025. We are excited to be relocating to a newly built hospital facility in 2029.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN
Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Federal DEA Registration
BLS certification
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Responsibilities

Provide care through restricted OB/GYN hospitalist shifts at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
Primarily spend time in Labor & Delivery.
Provide care in the ED supporting patients that have obstetric or gynecology needs.
