About The Position

Pediatrix & Obstetrix® is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our dynamic team at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital, a premier destination for maternity care in Tampa. This is your opportunity to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and excellence in women’s health. The position involves a comprehensive hospitalist practice including delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage. The facility has over 8,000 deliveries annually, with 900 managed by the hospitalist team, and approximately 4,200 OBED visits per year. You will work alongside 9 OB/GYNs and 7 CNM/WHNPs, with 24-hour shifts and double physician coverage, requiring a minimum of 6–8 shifts per month. Level IV NICU Support is available 24/7 with onsite board-certified neonatologists.
