The OBGYN Coordinator (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing coordination and support services across the continuum of women’s health care. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through clinical oversight, care navigation, and coordination of services across outpatient, and community systems. The coordinator plays a critical role in addressing health disparities affecting women of color and underserved populations by improving continuity of care, strengthening follow-up systems, and reducing barriers to access. This position serves patients across the lifespan in outpatient community health settings, including underserved communities, with a focus on reducing preventable maternal morbidity, improving chronic disease outcomes, and increasing preventive screening compliance.
