About The Position

BB Imaging is hiring OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographers for a sonographer-led team focused on patient care and supporting its staff. Sonographers partner with physicians and clinical teams to deliver ultrasound care and help expand access to services in the communities the organization serves. The role involves working across assigned clinic locations and may include additional tasks aligned with the employee’s training and scope of practice as patient and clinic needs evolve. This is an hourly, non-exempt opportunity with a stated pay range of $32–$40 per hour, dependent on experience and credentials.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• RDMS registration with an OB/GYN specialty.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality patient care.
• Compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and fellow sonographers.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-risk OB or Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Fetal Echocardiography credentials.
• Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, or Cervical Length credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sonography or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality OB/GYN and MFM ultrasound examinations.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and clinical partners.
• Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses and exceptional care.
• Develop clinical skills through training, mentorship, and professional education.
• Work across assigned clinic locations as part of a collaborative, sonographer-led team.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with training and scope of practice as patient and clinic needs evolve.
