About The Position

BB Imaging is seeking OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographers to provide ultrasound care while working with physicians and clinical teams to support patients and expand access to services in the communities BB Imaging serves. The position is part of a collaborative, sonographer-led team that emphasizes patient care, quality, and professional development. Sonographers may work across assigned clinic locations, and responsibilities may include additional tasks aligned with their training and scope of practice. This is an hourly, non-exempt opportunity with a stated pay range of $32–$40 per hour, dependent on experience and credentials. The role involves Category 1 risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens, with tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

Requirements

Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
RDMS registration with an OB/GYN specialty.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality patient care.
Compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and fellow sonographers.
U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-risk OB or Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Fetal Echocardiography credentials.
Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, or Cervical Length credentials.
Bachelor’s degree in Sonography or a related field.
