About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an MD/DO for an OB/Labor & Delivery opportunity at a hospital facility in New York. This position involves providing 24-hour call coverage for deliveries, including vaginal and c-section procedures, and potentially related GYN procedures. The facility handles approximately 1,600 deliveries per year. The assignment is for July/August, with potential for extension. Credentialing is expedited.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified (BC)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Valid NY license
• Experience with OB/L&D call
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for OB/Labor & Delivery.
• Perform vaginal and c-section deliveries.
• Conduct GYN procedures related to delivery as needed.
• Manage patient care in an OB/L&D setting.
