About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an OB Hospitalist for a job opportunity at a hospital facility in Montana. This role involves providing 24-hour shifts, with the option for a day off after each shift. The assignment is for approximately 4 months, starting September 2, 2026, and extending into 2027. The facility handles approximately 1,800 patient visits per year and requires coverage for various procedures including hysterectomy, laparoscopy, cesarean, vacuum/forceps, and breech delivery. The OB Hospitalist will work with midwives and RNs and will have restricted (in-house) call shifts. Credentialing is expected to take 30-45 days.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree.
• BC certification.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D).
• Experience in OB Hospitalist roles.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Montana (MT) medical license, with willingness to wait for licensing, especially with IMLC.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to cover 12-hour shifts if needed, though 24-hour coverage is preferred.

Responsibilities
