About The Position

East Lakeland OB/GYN Associates is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join their established physician-owned practice in the Flowood metropolitan area. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking the autonomy of private practice, a highly favorable call schedule, strong surgical opportunities, and a clear path to partnership. The practice is physician-led with a proven partnership track, typically achieved within 2-3 years, and offers a collaborative, physician-led culture centered on "Healthcare for Women by Women." The practice is designed to support physician well-being with 3.5 clinic days per week, Friday half-days, dedicated administrative and surgical time, and a manageable call schedule that is expected to decrease further with expanding hospitalist coverage. Physicians will work alongside five experienced OB/GYN physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers in a collegial environment that values mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth. The practice offers a balanced OB/GYN scope with access to advanced technology, including three Da Vinci robotic systems, and dedicated weekly OR block time. Surgical access is also available through Surgicare surgery center. The practice is affiliated with Merit Health River Oaks and Merit Health Women's Hospital, with Level III NICU support and modern labor and delivery facilities. The clinic, hospital, and surgery center are in close proximity.

Requirements

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
Strong surgical skills
Interest in both OB and GYN care
