About The Position
PrimeCare Medical, Inc ("PrimeCare Medical”) is a private, physician founded, nationally accredited correctional health care practice. PrimeCare Medical provides comprehensive medical & mental health care services in the state of New York. Correctional health care is a unique, challenging, and exciting opportunity for today’s medical professional in that it provides the ability to truly utilize all of your learned medical skills and knowledge on a daily basis. It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and appreciative patient population. We are currently looking for a Part Time - OB/GYN Physician to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson, MD. This is a flexible Part-Time position, thus requiring 8 hours of on-site care per week.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Maryland
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN.
- Maintain current DEA number and eligible to prescribe medications in Maryland state.
- Maintain active BLS (i.e., CPR) certification.
- Maintain current Driver’s License.
