About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a rural health/critical access hospital in Arizona. This opportunity involves providing full-scope OB/GYN services, including routine prenatal and obstetric care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and various gynecologic procedures. The position includes clinic hours and on-call duties, with an average of less than one delivery per day. The facility has a Level 1 Nursery, dedicated OB nurses, and a dedicated MA in the clinic. EMR system is Meditech, with training and support provided.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Certified in OB/GYN, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Valid AZ or IMLC license.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system (training provided).
• Ability to perform full-scope OB/GYN procedures.
• Experience with Level 1 Nursery care.

• Experience in a rural health or critical access hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine prenatal and obstetric care.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
• Conduct colposcopy procedures.
• Perform endometrial biopsies.
• Manage IUD insertion/removal.
• Manage Nexplanon insertion/removal.
• Provide routine gynecologic procedures and women's health services.
• Be on call with an average of less than 1 delivery per day.
