About The Position

Gulf Coast OBGYN, part of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join our thriving practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a collaborative environment that prioritizes long-term career growth, clinical autonomy, and physician investment in the practice. With a clear partnership track opportunity within three years, this role is designed for both residents seeking a strong foundation and mentorship and experienced physicians looking for greater ownership, stability, and influence in their practice. The practice offers day-one support with mentorship, collaboration, and consistent surgical backup. Strong patient demand allows for a natural ramp or immediate productivity. Physicians have access to minimally invasive and robotic surgery (Da Vinci available) and flexibility to shape their schedule, case mix, and long-term career focus. The team consists of five experienced OB/GYN physicians in a collaborative, no-hierarchy environment with surgical backup available for all major cases. Leadership values physician input and flexibility. The practice has a 4-day workweek, a 1:5 call rotation with partner support, and guaranteed post-call days off. There is predictable scheduling with dedicated OR block time. The practice has approximately a 50/50 OB-GYN mix, with flexibility based on interests, and handles 50–60 deliveries per month in a team-based model. Services include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, and optional in-office procedures. Physicians can tailor their practice based on clinical preference. The facility offers dedicated OR block time (two half-days per week), easy access to minor procedures on non-OR days, affiliation with Singing River Health System, a Level II NICU, and new state-of-the-art birthing suites. The clinic and hospital are located within walking distance.
