About The Position

Westmoreland Obstetrics & Gynecologic Associates is expanding and seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their established physician-led practice in 2027. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term career with an established referral base, outstanding mentorship, physician autonomy, and a clear pathway to partnership. The practice serves Lake County and has been established for over 40 years, with a growing team of six physicians and planned expansion through 2027. The role offers a competitive guaranteed salary with uncapped productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. The call schedule is collaborative, 1:5+ weekend call supported by a double-coverage call model. Physicians will have three clinic days per week with dedicated surgery and administrative time. The practice is located in modern offices in Lake Bluff and Grayslake, Illinois, and is affiliated with Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, which offers a Level II NICU, robotic surgery capabilities, dedicated block operating room time, and comprehensive specialty and ancillary support.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians.
