About The Position

Comprehensive Woman's Care (CWC), a partner practice of Together Women's Health, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our growing physician-led practice in Metro Detroit. This expansion opportunity is ideal for practicing physicians and 2027 graduating residents seeking mentorship, continuity of care, surgical development, and a long-term future in private practice. New physicians benefit from experienced physician mentorship, dedicated surgical support, and the Together Women's Health Associate Mentorship Program designed to support the transition from training into practice. Unlike many large employed models, physicians primarily care for and follow their own patients, creating meaningful continuity of care and long-term patient relationships while still benefiting from the support of a collaborative physician team.

Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN.
Eligible for Michigan medical license.
Completion of OB/GYN residency program (2027 graduates encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to a diverse patient population.
Follow and care for own patients to ensure continuity of care and build long-term relationships.
Participate in shared call schedule (approximately 1:8).
Utilize in-office services such as ultrasound, NSTs, hysteroscopy, and breast imaging.
Perform robotic surgery and utilize dedicated surgical block time.
Collaborate with a physician team and benefit from mentorship and surgical support.
