About The Position

OakLeaf Clinics – OB/GYN is currently seeking a full-time Physician to join our dedicated obstetrics and gynecology practice committed to comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. We provide a supportive, collaborative environment where providers are encouraged to build strong patient relationships with patient-centered care. This position will require collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives, and other medical support staff. OakLeaf Clinics is a private practice physician-owned multispecialty group. This means our physicians have the ability to make the right choices for our patients while maintaining the autonomy to practice with the flexibility that each physician deserves.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of OBGYN residency
• Board certified/board eligible OBGYN
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings
• Diagnose, treat, and manage obstetrical care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in call coverage as assigned, anticipated to be q 5 days, with long-term goal of Hospital Nocturnist Program.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives
