About The Position

An established integrated women’s health practice in Prescott, Arizona, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology in both outpatient and hospital settings. You will provide prenatal care, manage labor and delivery, perform gynecologic surgery, and care for patients throughout every stage of life. The practice offers an established referral base, experienced clinical and administrative support, flexible scheduling, and a structured path to partnership. Both experienced physicians and early-career OB/GYNs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a qualifying U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain before employment
  • Eligibility for hospital privileges and insurance credentialing
  • Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Residency programs based in Puerto Rico do not meet the eligibility requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
  • Manage routine and complex obstetric patients within the scope of the practice
  • Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions across the lifespan
  • Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Conduct annual examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
  • Provide contraceptive, reproductive health, and family-planning counseling
  • Evaluate and manage menstrual disorders, menopause symptoms, and other women’s health concerns
  • Participate in the shared call rotation and provide hospital coverage as scheduled
  • Collaborate with physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, advanced practice providers, nurses, and specialists
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Follow current evidence-based guidelines and standards of care
  • Participate in continuing education, quality improvement, and practice-development initiatives
