About The Position

Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, physician-led practice serving the New Braunfels community for more than 30 years. Both experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team of 7 OB/GYN physicians supported by an experienced clinical and administrative staff. The practice offers a 4-day workweek with a 1:5 call schedule, including a post-call day off. Laborist backup is available, and laborists triage all Ob patients for the practice. Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Resolute Baptist Hospital, with some GYN procedures at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos. Physicians will have access to the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system and perform in-office procedures/services including hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, permanent sterilization procedures, Nitronox sedation for patient comfort, HRT, and advanced ultrasound services, including 3D/4D imaging. Excellent mentorship and clinical support are provided for new graduates.

Requirements

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients.
Perform deliveries and surgeries at Resolute Baptist Hospital.
Conduct GYN procedures at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos.
Utilize the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system.
Perform in-office procedures including hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, and permanent sterilization.
Administer Nitronox sedation for patient comfort.
Provide HRT and advanced ultrasound services, including 3D/4D imaging.
Collaborate with a team of 7 OB/GYN physicians and clinical/administrative staff.
Participate in a 1:5 call schedule with post-call day off.
Mentor and support new graduates.
