About The Position

As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join the expanding women's health services team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing high-quality care at the Dignity Health Perinatal and Women’s Center in beautiful Ventura, California. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within an established, robust ambulatory clinic system that boasts over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations across four counties, and 20 specialty services. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care within a modern clinic and local hospital affiliation offering modern maternity services and 24/7 anesthesia coverage, collaborating with respected OB/GYN Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE OB/GYN physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment known for its dedicated clinical resources and a thriving coastal community. We are offering a highly competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary between $275,000 - $340,000, plus productivity and quality incentives. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
Active or eligible license in the state of California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
