About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join our growing OB/GYN Team in Santa Cruz, CA. Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
- Shared Call: 1:7 + Backup Call Panel
- Varied Schedule Options Available: Part Time Clinic Based, Part Time Full Scope Clinic & Hospital Based, Full Time Hospital Based, Full Time Full Scope Clinic & Hospital Based
- Work alongside a team of established Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives

- Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 – $400,000 + productivity incentives
