About The Position

INTEGRIS Health Oklahoma is seeking board certified or board eligible OB/GYN physicians to join an established hospital-based practice at INTEGRIS Health Enid, located in Enid, Oklahoma. The role involves joining an existing clinic with other OB/GYN physicians. Enid, situated 100 miles northwest of Oklahoma City, serves as the medical hub of northwest Oklahoma, offering a diverse economy and various community activities. INTEGRIS Health Enid is a non-profit, faith-based hospital, and the primary healthcare provider in the region. INTEGRIS Health, the largest Oklahoma-owned not-for-profit health system, is recognized for its innovation and quality, providing advanced treatment options and specialties. The system includes over 170 family care and specialty clinics, employs more than 10,000 people, and has a network of over 1,500 affiliated physicians and providers. Requirements

Oklahoma MD or DO license
BC/BE (Board Certified or Board Eligible)

Responsibilities

Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
The Physician is responsible for patients.
