About The Position

Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics, a well-established and respected practice with over 35 years of service in the Metro Detroit community, is seeking full-time OB/GYN Physicians. This physician-led practice offers a high-volume environment with strong clinical support from 12 physicians, 5 certified nurse midwives, and highly trained clinical staff. The role provides uncapped earning potential through a competitive base salary, productivity bonuses, and a partnership track. Physicians will benefit from a predictable schedule, including 3-4 office days per week plus surgery, a 1-weekday 24-hour call with a post-call day off, and a 1:6 weekend OB call shared with midwives. The practice emphasizes surgical mentorship from experienced colleagues, offering dedicated OR block time and access to surgical robotics. It provides a diverse clinical experience encompassing a balanced mix of OB and GYN, access to Level II & III NICUs, and a range of advanced in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, cystometrograms, sonohysterograms, and 3D mammograms. The primary hospital affiliations are Henry Ford St. John Hospital and Corewell Health Grosse Pointe, which are conveniently located close to each other.

Requirements

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN (or completing an ACGME/AOA residency)
Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Interest in surgical skill development and long-term career growth

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive women's health care
Perform surgical procedures, including utilizing surgical robotics
Manage obstetrics and gynecology cases
Conduct advanced in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, cystometrograms, sonohysterograms, and 3D mammograms
Participate in weekday 24-hour call rotations
Participate in weekend OB call rotations
