Effingham Obstetrics & Gynecology, a physician-led partner practice of Together Women's Health, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join their growing team in Effingham, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a full-scope OB/GYN practice, meaningful mentorship, surgical development, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in private practice. The practice offers a physician-led private practice environment with full-scope OB/GYN services including obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery. There is immediate patient demand with an established referral base, access to robotic surgery with mentorship, and dedicated surgical support. The practice also boasts a strong APP and experienced clinical support team, with a partnership opportunity available after three years. The role emphasizes a collaborative, physician-led culture where teamwork, mentorship, and physician autonomy are valued.
