About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established, physician-led women’s health group to recruit both OB/GYN Physicians and OB Hospitalists. This is a high-growth, highly respected practice with multiple locations and a collaborative, all-female provider team. The group has over 15 years of growth and operates 4 modern clinic locations with strong hospital partnerships. There is immediate patient volume, so no slow ramp-up period is expected. Candidates can choose between a Full-Scope OB/GYN role or an OB Hospitalist role.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Eligible for Arizona license
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care or serve as an OB Hospitalist.
• Manage patient care in clinic settings and/or hospital settings.
• Attend to approximately 250 deliveries per month across the group.
• Collaborate with midwives for co-managed care.
• Participate in on-call duties.
• Potentially take on extra shifts for additional income.
• Engage in leadership input if pursuing partnership.
