About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an OB/GYN Physician Assistant for a 3-month assignment at a hospital facility in Massachusetts. The role involves a full-time schedule with 3 shifts per week, including nights and weekends (7 PM - 7 AM). On-call duties are also required, 3 shifts per week. The facility handles approximately 1,200 deliveries annually with a variable inpatient volume, and the service is 100% inpatient. The Physician Assistant will be involved in surgical first assists (including C-sections and emergent GYN surgeries), GYN consults, post-operative management, and management of OB/L&D, maternity floor, postpartum, and triage.

Requirements

• Active MA license required
• PA-C certification needed
• Surgical first assist skills
• C-section first assist
• Emergent GYN surgery first assist
• Fetal heart rate interpretation
