About The Position

Sun Life Health is seeking a passionate OB/GYN Medical Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on supporting women's health and making a positive impact on patients' lives. The Medical Assistant will assist OB/GYN providers with exams, procedures, and patient education, providing support for prenatal, reproductive, and preventative care. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing rooms, managing supplies, and ensuring efficient patient flow, all while offering compassionate and professional support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0–2 years’ Medical Assistant experience; new grads welcome!
• CPR certification required (can be obtained during orientation)

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred; eligible for certification pay differential

Responsibilities

• Assist OB/GYN providers with exams, procedures, and patient education
• Support patients with prenatal, reproductive, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinic standards
• Prepare rooms, manage supplies, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide compassionate, professional support to patients and families
