You will conduct safety sweeps and correct or report unsafe conditions, and follow procedures for equipment operation, forklift spotting, steel standards, and hazardous material handling. You will model and enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. You will leverage handheld technology and digital tools to manage tasks, inventory, and workflow, monitor progress, adjust plans, and make informed decisions using available data, and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and operational priorities. You will be successful in this role by collaborating with managers, associates, and business partners to meet operational goals, using reliable information to balance workload, timelines, and priorities, modeling company values, ethics, and integrity, including supporting the Open Door Policy, and leading through change with consistency, accountability, and a team-first mindset.
