Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• All associates receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
• E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices must be acknowledged.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, counts and processes all incoming supplies.
• Ensures proper rotation of all perishable and non-perishable food items.
• Documents all receipts and orders into computer tracking system.
• Maintains proper sanitation of storeroom, walk in refrigerators, freezers and surrounding areas.
• Orders food and food supplies that meet hospital food safety regulations and menu requirements.
• Monitors and ensures cleanliness of storage and inventory facilities.
• Handles, processes, and monitors all food orders in a safe manner.
• Maintains computer system for keeping track of food orders.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
