- Familiarity with hospital food service
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following production and supply sheets to prepare appropriate quantities of menu items for meals.
- Meets production schedules, assuring high quality products and preventing food wastage.
- Responsible for, following portion control guidelines to ensure quality services.
- Responsible for providing a tray presentation that is neat, clean and appealing to the eye.
- Follows diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets accurately.
