About The Position

Responsible for working on the nutrition services tray line, assembling, retrieving, and cleaning patient trays. Deliver trays to the patients and assist them with their orders as needed. May also assist in other areas of the kitchen, such as the dish room, or restocking food and beverages, etc. This is a per diem position; hours are 4:00
– 8:30 pm with rotating weekends.

Requirements

• Prior customer-service and food handling experience highly preferred
• Excellent customer-service skills
• Ability to be patient, respectful and compassionate to patients
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge related to hospital diets
• Comfortable cleaning trays
• Comfortable assisting in the dish room
• Able to perform well in high functioning kitchen

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare or nutrition experience preferred
